1) When will the project be completed?
ONE RESIDENCE will be completed and ready for handover in Q1 2027.
2) What is the initial deposit?
You can book your Residence with an initial deposit of AED50,000 / USD13,500.
3) Do I need to be in the UAE to complete the purchase?
All paperwork and money transfers can be undertaken from outside the UAE. You can schedule a video call with one of our representatives who will provide you with a clear understanding of the project without being here in person.
4) What payment types do you accept?
We accept all types of payment including bank transfer, credit card, cryptocurrency, and cash.
5) Can I resell my apartment before completion?
Yes, after you have signed the sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and have paid 30% you may resell your property.
6) What happens if I am late with a payment?
You will not lose your property. It will be necessary to make the payment as soon as possible. However, you can discuss with your dedicated One Residence representative a payment timeline that works for you in this situation.
7) Are there any restrictions on me using my apartment to earn short term rental income?
There are no restrictions on renting your apartment as a furnished holiday home on short term rentals. You can use any licensed short term rental agency you choose to manage your property.
